2018 FIFA World Cup Official Song "“Live It Up” Released On Multiple Streaming Platforms

Football fans from all around the world are eagerly waiting for the 2018 FIFA World Cup Offial Song. And the day has finally come. Today, on May 25, Sony and FIFA has released the audio version of the song on multiple streaming platforms. To watch the official music video, you have to wait until June 7.

This year, actor and rapper Will Smith has teamed up with fellow artists Era Istrefi and Nicky Jam for the official song of Russia 2018. Not only that, the three-man line-up will also perform a live show on July 15 at the Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow just before the final. Don't worry, you can watch the live streaming of the show on your television and smartphone.

The official FIFA World Cup song for Russia 2018 is produced by DJ and songwriter Diplo. The lyrics of the song is very easy so that the fans can learn it within 4-5 days.

Smith said in an interview "It’s an honour to be asked to perform at the 2018 FIFA World Cup. This global event brings people from all over the world together to cheer, laugh and experience magic. Collaborating with Nicky, Diplo and Era on this track represents harmony, eclectic flavours and genres coming together. At the end of the day, we just want to see the world dance".

The first official FIFA World Cup song was 'World Cup Willie' and it was recorded by the Lonnie Donegan for the 1966 England World Cup. Other official songs at recent World Cups include Shakira's "Waka Waka (This Time for Africa)" in 2010 and “We Are One (Ole Ola)” for the 2104 Brazil World Cup.
